The trade centre which is situated about 2 kilometres from the city hosts multiple industrial and service companies. It offers workspaces between 50 and 400 square meters. A grand scale logistic-core subdivides the buildings main body in southern/northern direction along the street to the city which allows the goods lifts to be approached directly from the streets. The central organisation section of the building is positioned in the north of the longish, four story building. Only the core areas for housing the technical parts of the structure are provided with a basement. 50 square meter areas are held column free through an advanced 7.20 x 7.20m modular grid. The building is finalized as so called “refined” shell building. That means it includes just the standard configuration so the lessee is responsible for all further installation. This does not apply to the core areas which are configured and furnished fully from the starting point.
